Wetlands are among the most important indicators of ecosystem services, however, urban expansion and rapid land use change are threatening their ecological functions. Existing studies on wetland Ecosystem Service Value (ESV) are relatively limited, restricting a systematic understanding of wetland services. This study systematically reviews research conducted between 2015 and 2024 on the relationship between land use change and the ESV of wetlands. Based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 52 eligible studies were selected from the Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, and ATLAS databases and analyzed through qualitative thematic synthesis. Five themes were identified: the impacts of land use change on wetland services, ecosystem service components, ESV assessment methods, urbanization effects, and conservation and management strategies. The results indicate that land use transition significantly reduces wetland biodiversity, climate regulation capacity, and ecological functions. The findings emphasize the need for integrated land use planning to support sustainable wetland management. Keywords: Ecosystem Service; Land Use Change; Wetland; ATLAS.ti
