Diagnosis. Medium-sized species, body length 9.0–10.0 mm, excluding ovipositor; color mostly black, base of mandible, A 1, most of fore and mid legs reddish orange, mid femur darker, hind tibia and tarsus yellowish orange; wings hyaline; fore wing infuscate at apex, with a wide subquadrate substigmal dark brown spot; metasoma blackish; setae goldish on part of mandible, whitish otherwise; head, from above, 1.3 × wider than long, shiny, vertex with fine, deep and scattered to dense punctures; gena well developed, fairly convergent and very weakly rounded posteriorly; occipital margin with a moderately wide and deep U-shaped medial occipital groove; occipital carina moderately broad, lamelliform; mesosoma coarsely sculptured, transverse-carinate to areolate-rugose; lateroventral margin of pronotum with one anterior well developed long, acute, forwarded tooth-like process; anterior margin of mesonotum, in lateral view, rounded, not overhanging pronotum; hind coxa elongate, 2.7 × longer than wide, transverse-carinate; tarsal claw pectinate with four tooth-like processes; metasoma, in lateral view, pyriform, strongly compressed; petiole very elongate, slender, 5.0 × longer than wide; ovipositor length 1.3 × fore wing length. Distribution. Thailand (Loei, Lampang, and Chaiyaphum provinces) (Turrisi and Smith 2011), Vietnam (Ha Tinh province). Host. Unknown. Remark. The species belongs to the Pristaulacus comptipennis species-group (Turrisi and Smith 2011).
