Pristaulacus rufobalteatus Cameron, 1907 Fig. 13 Material examined. Thailand: • 1 ♀, Loei Province, Phu Ruea National Park, Nature trail, 17°30.74'N, 101°20.65'E, 1353 m, 19–26.iii.2007, Patikhom Tumtip leg., T 2311 (QSBG). China: • 1 ♀, Gansu, Kang County, Qinghe Forestry Station, 2250 m, 8.vii.1999, Hong-jian Wang leg., IOZ (E) 1903970 (IZCAS) [image examined]. Diagnosis. Medium-sized species, body length around 13.0 mm, excluding ovipositor; color mostly black, basal half of mandible, A 1, legs almost entirely, metasomal segments 1–3 extensively reddish orange; hind femur dark reddish orange, hind tarsus light orange yellowish; wings hyaline; fore wing with irregular small brown spot at base and wide substigmal subquadrate brown spot; setae mostly whitish, yellowish on mandible and metasoma; head, from above, 1.3 × wider than long, shiny, vertex with fine, deep and moderately dense punctures; gena well developed, moderately convergent and widely rounded posteriorly; occipital margin weakly convex; occipital carina moderately broad, lamelliform; mesosoma coarsely sculptured, transverse-carinate to areolate-rugose; lateroventral margin of pronotum with one well developed, forwarded and curved tooth-like process; anterior margin of mesonotum, in lateral view, rounded, not overhanging pronotum; hind coxa elongate, 2.5 × longer than wide, transverse-carinate, carinae less developed ventrally; tarsal claw pectinate with four tooth-like processes; metasoma pyriform, fairly compressed laterally; petiole elongate, slender, 4.0 × longer than wide; ovipositor length 1.4 × fore wing length. Distribution. China (Gansu, Yunnan) (Chen et al. 2016), India (Sikkim and Assam) (Cameron 1907; Kieffer 1911, 1912; Smith 2001), Thailand (Loei province) (Turrisi and Smith 2020). Host. Unknown. Remark. The placement of P. rufobalteatus within a species-group is unresolved.
