Thailand: • 1 ♀, Chaiyaphum, Pa Hin Ngam National Park, Nature trail at Lan Hin Nor, 15°37.6159'N, 101°23.4369'E, 668 m, 15–21.iii.2007, Katae Sa-nog & Buakaw Adnafai leg., T 2331 (QSBG); • 1 ♀, Phetchabun, Khao Kho National Park, Deciduous forest at Ta Pol river, 16°32.5619'N, 101°2.4799'E, 242 m, 26.v–2.vi.2007, Somchai Chachumnan & Saink Singtong leg., T 2557 (QSBG); • 1 ♀, Nakhon Nayok, Khao Yai National Park, Lam Takong view point, 14°25.5659'N, 101°2.23.4429'E, 726 m, 12–19.x.2006, Wirat Sook-khobleg., T 743 (QSBG). Diagnosis. Medium-sized species, body length 11.0–12.0 mm, excluding ovipositor; color almost entirely blackish, except lateral margins of clypeus, maxillo-labial complex, mandible, A 1, legs (except coxae), dark reddish brown; metasoma blackish brown; wings hyaline with brown to blackish brown veins; fore wing with a wide substigmal irregular brown spot, as wide as stigma, very weakly infuscate at margin; head, from above, 1.4 × wider than long, subrectangular, very shiny, vertex with fine, superficial and scattered punctures; gena well developed, widely rounded behind eye and weakly convergent posteriorly; occipital margin almost straight, occipital carina, narrow, rim-like; mesosoma coarsely sculptured, transverse-carinate to areolate-rugose; lateroventral margin of pronotum with one well developed, forwarded and curved tooth-like process; anterior margin of mesoscutum, in lateral view, weakly acute, sharply forwarded, overhanging pronotum; coxa moderately elongate, 2.3 × longer than wide, transverse-carinate on dorsal surface, polished punctate on ventral surface; tarsal claw with four tooth-like processes; metasoma pyriform, moderately compressed laterally; petiole moderately elongate, 2.6 × longer than wide; ovipositor length 0.9 × fore wing length. Distribution. India (Sikkim); Thailand (Chaiyaphum, Phetchabun and Nakhon Nayok provinces) (Kieffer 1911; Turner 1922; Visitpanich 1994; Smith 2001; Turrisi and Smith 2020). Host. Unknown. Remark. The species-group to which P. nigripes belongs is unknown.
