Pristaulacus sharkeyi Turrisi & Smith, 2011 Fig. 14 Material examined. Thailand: Holotype • ♀, Ubon Ratchathani, Pha Taem National Park Huay, Pok waterfall, 15°37.321'N, 105°36.982'E, 419 m, Malaise trap, 18–25.IV.2007, Bunlu Sapsiri leg., T 2171 (QSBG). Diagnosis. Medium-sized species, body length around 10.0 mm, excluding ovipositor; color mostly black, part of clypeus and mandible, A 1, fore and mid legs, and extensively metasoma reddish orange; hind leg blackish brown with tarsus dark brown; wings hyaline; fore wing widely infuscate at apex, with a moderately wide subquadrate substigmal dark brown spot; setae whitish; head, from above, 1.2 × wider than long, shiny, vertex with fine, deep and scattered punctures; gena weakly developed, weakly convergent and widely rounded posteriorly; occipital margin with a narrow and moderately deep U-shaped medial occipital groove; mesosoma coarsely sculptured, transverse-carinate to areolate-rugose; lateroventral margin of pronotum with one anterior moderately long, acute, forwarded tooth-like process; anterior margin of mesonotum, in lateral view, rounded, not overhanging pronotum; hind coxa elongate, 2.5 × longer than wide, entirely transverse-carinate; tarsal claw pectinate with four tooth-like processes; metasoma pyriform, slightly compressed; petiole very elongate, slender, 3.8 × longer than wide; ovipositor lenght 1.1 × fore wing length. Distribution. Thailand (Ubon Ratchathani province) (Turrisi and Smith 2011). Host. Unknown. Remark. The species belongs to the Pristaulacus comptipennis species-group (Turrisi and Smith 2011).
