Pristaulacus watanabei Turrisi & Smith, 2011 Fig. 21 Material examined. Thailand: Holotype • ♀, Loei, Phu Ruea National Park, Rong Huay Maklaow, 17°29'N, 101°20'E, 1167 m, Litter sample, 5–8.v.2007, Patikhom Tumtip leg., T 2623 (QSBG). Diagnosis. Medium sized species, body length around 10.0 mm, excluding ovipositor; color mostly black, clypeus reddish brown, extensively mandible, A 1 reddish, most of legs, extensively metasoma, reddish orange, hind leg darker; wings hyaline; wings hyaline; fore wing only slightly infuscate at extreme apex, with traces of irregular brown spots at base and a moderately wide subrectangular substigmal dark brown spot; setae partly goldish on mandible, whitish otherwise; head, from above, 1.1 × wider than long, shiny, vertex with fine, deep and scattered punctures; gena well developed, fairly convergent and moderately rounded posteriorly; occipital margin with a moderately wide and deep U-shaped medial occipital groove; occipital carina moderately broad, lamelliform; mesosoma coarsely sculptured, transverse-carinate to areolate-rugose; lateroventral margin of pronotum with one anterior well developed, acute, forwarded tooth-like process; anterior margin of mesonotum, in lateral view,) squared, not overhanging pronotum; hind coxa elongate, 2.8 × longer than wide, transverse-carinate dorsally, polished punctate ventrally; tarsal claw pectinate with four tooth-like processes; metasoma pyriform, strongly compressed; petiole very elongate, slender, 4.7 × longer than wide; ovipositor lenght 1.5 × fore wing length. Distribution. Thailand (Loei province) (Turrisi and Smith 2011). Host. Unknown. Remark. The species belongs to the Pristaulacus comptipennis species-group (Turrisi and Smith 2011).
