Pristaulacus takakuwai Turrisi & Watanabe, 2011 Fig. 15 Material examined. Thailand: Holotype • ♀, Phetchabun province, North Thailand, Khao Kho National Park, 8–900 m, 24–27.V.2009, Takakuwa, M. leg. (MZUF). Diagnosis. Large-sized species, body length more than 14.0 mm, excluding ovipositor; color mostly black, clypeus, most of mandible, A 1–2, fore and mid legs, fore and mid legs reddish orange; hind tarsus black brown; wings hyaline, yellowish; fore wing slightly infuscate at extreme apex, with a moderately wide rounded substigmal dark brown spot, costal cell yellowish; metasoma extensively reddish brown; setae goldish throughout; head, from above, 1.2 × wider than long, shiny, vertex with fine, deep and dense punctures; gena well developed, almost straight, moderately convergent posteriorly; occipital margin weakly concave medially; occipital carina very narrow, rim-like; mesosoma coarsely sculptured, mostly areolate-rugose, only anterior part of mesoscutum transverse-carinate; lateroventral margin of pronotum with one well developed acute tooth-like process; anterior margin of mesonotum, in lateral view, squared, slightly acute, not overhanging pronotum; hind coxa elongate, 2.4 × longer than wide, transverse-carinate dorsally, polished punctate ventrally; tarsal claw pectinate with four tooth-like processes; metasoma pyriform, moderately compressed; petiole elongate, slender, 3.4 × longer than wide; ovipositor length 0.9 × fore wing length. Distribution. Thailand (Phetchabun province) (Turrisi and Watanabe 2011). Host. Unknown. Remark. The species belongs to the Pristaulacus rufipes species-group.
