The Constitution of the Russian Federation defines the importance of judicial protection and the need for its provision by the state, and the development of effective judicial proceedings depends on the objectives set by the legislature. These objectives, in turn, are realized through procedural norms, and there is a need to create legal incentives that would encourage participants to engage in behavior that is important to our society, namely, resorting to conciliation procedures.
