Background: This study aimed to compare the effects of the flossing technique on transversus abdominis/internal abdominal oblique (TrA/IO) muscle activation in healthy individuals. Materials and methods: Twenty-one participants were randomized into 3 groups: abdominal hollowing (AH) group, flossing technique (FT) group, and flossing technique with abdominal hollowing (FTAH) group.
