Structural Equation Modelling of Agripreneurship and Sustainability: The Mediating Role of Digitalization

EFA and SEM from 200 electronic questionnaires proposed six agripreneurship dimensions and found direct associations with digitalization and sustainability plus an indirect path through digitalization.

01

Key findings

  • Six dimensions emerged: innovation, opportunities, operations, venturing, adaptability and marketing. Agripreneurship related positively to digitalization and sustainability, with an indirect path through digitalization.
02

Why this matters globally

The framework treats digital tools as connectors of multiple agripreneur capabilities rather than mere technology possession.

03

Thai researcher contribution

A Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University researcher developed the model from Thai agripreneurs.

04

Limitations to consider

Sampling frame, response rate, locations, firm types and coefficients are absent. EFA and SEM in the same 200-person sample risk overfitting and common-method bias.
