Optimized Pretreatment and Preparative Chromatography for Vitexin Purification from Mung Bean Seed Coats

Thai researchers optimized starch removal, extraction, and preparative liquid chromatography to isolate vitexin from mung-bean seed coats, reaching 24.29 mg/g in extract and at least 90% purity at 3 mL/min. This is a laboratory process study and did not test anticancer activity or health benefits.
