It included 486 participants across 16 hospitals. All countries had antimicrobial-stewardship policies, but financing, enforcement, training, microbiology-data use, and inter-programme coordination were uneven. Hospitals averaged 72% on G-ASET, with tracking and reporting highest at 75% and training lowest at 66%. The two Thai hospitals scored 81.3% and 80.6% overall, yet both scored only 50% for training. These results identify actionable system gaps; they do not experimentally show that any intervention reduced antibiotic use, resistance, or mortality.

A downstream Hanjiang River collection in China had distinctive morphology and multilocus phylogeny, supporting Neolindgomyces guttulatus as a new species and the first Chinese freshwater record of the genus. The work expands fungal diversity knowledge but does not establish ecological function or distribution.
Sixty young women completed five single-leg sit-to-stand transitions with a smartphone at S2. The highest-body-fat group took longer and showed different anteroposterior, mediolateral and vertical accelerations than the normal-fat group, while total acceleration did not differ. Smartphone sensing may be a low-cost movement measure, not a diagnostic test or proof of causation.
A 24-week prospective cohort of 612 people in a northeastern Thai endemic community found baseline prevalence of 41.0% by urine antigen versus 8.1% by faecal examination, with roughly tenfold higher incidence and reinfection estimates from the urine assay. Raw-fish consumption in the previous six months carried an adjusted risk ratio of 7.52. Drug treatment alone will not interrupt transmission if behavioural and environmental exposure persists.
A Siriraj team compared second-, third- and fourth-generation anti-GPC3 CAR T cells. Among 195 HCC biopsies, 82.6% were GPC3-positive, and the fourth-generation construct showed the strongest killing in monolayer and spheroid models, with antigen-dependent proliferation and a moderated acute cytokine profile. All efficacy evidence remains in vitro.
Using Thai channel measurements, classifiers predicted whether NB-IoT would achieve 95% RSRP coverage across 411 cells at four sites. Gradient Boosting reached 0.971 accuracy, 0.969 F1 and 1.7 ms inference, far faster than Monte Carlo. However, training labels came from Monte Carlo under the same assumed channel model, so this emulates simulation rather than proving field-deployment accuracy.
A controlled experiment with 22 developers, 110 real-world tasks and three LLMs proposed Hybrid Intelligence Effort, combining model work with human oversight. Story Points retained partial value, but validation and corrective intervention dominated effort; HIE dimensions reportedly explained about 72-80% of observed variance. Thai researchers analysed chromosomes of Habenaria janellehayneana, H. rhodocheila and Nervilia khaoyaica. Both Habenaria had 2n=42 but different karyotypes, while Nervilia had 2n=36. Multivariate analyses separated genera and species, providing taxonomic and conservation baselines without directly measuring population size or extinction risk.
Measurements at 16 central and western Thai sites across five environments produced 8,000 RSRP samples. Path-loss exponents ranged from 2.2 in rural terrain to 4.0 in forest/mountain settings, with distinct fading and shadowing. The parameters support Thai NB-IoT planning but do not represent the entire country, seasons or all operators.
Natural-rubber-latex/silica-aerogel composites made with eight-day pre-vulcanised latex had greater crosslink density, better preserved aerogel pores and 42.41% lower thermal conductivity than the zero-day formulation. The material remained flexible and thermally stable to 387.3°C, but mechanical durability, service life and fire behaviour were not established.
A Naresuan University team developed spray-dried andrographolide microparticles using an aqueous chitosan-cellulose-poloxamer carrier. The selected particles were 3-5 micrometres, released 89.23% in four hours and reduced Influenza A/H1N1 titre by 3.3 log10 in laboratory testing. Safety and efficacy after inhalation in animals or people remain untested.
Garlic-skin cellulose nanocrystals combined with soy protein isolate encapsulated fish oil. The 10% fish oil, 3% GCNC and 7% SPI formulation achieved 65.77% encapsulation, the best powder flow in the experiment, oxidation below the chosen threshold and greater simulated intestinal than gastric release. It valorises biomass but has not been tested in real foods or people.
Analysis of 2,329,463 Report 506 cases from 2003-2022 found significant spatial clustering every year, with Moran's I of 0.317-0.522. High-high clusters persisted in the Northeast and North, while low-low clusters predominated in the South.
