Information Technology Capabilities in Nepalese Private School

A survey of 400 private schools across three Nepalese provinces used structural-equation modelling to examine links among infrastructure, IT human resources and organisational IT capability. Infrastructure and human-resource capacity were reported to be positively related to IT capability. Many schools had adequate equipment but lacked skilled staff and faced cost, repair, stakeholder-acceptance and misuse problems.

Evaluating decentralized social policy performance: a structural equation modelling of 508 municipalities in Indonesia

Using 2023 data from all 508 Indonesian regencies and cities, the study applied PLS-SEM to relationships among demographic and geographic structure, budgets, service delivery, social cohesion and development outcomes. Positive structural paths and mediation by social cohesion were reported. One-year data can map linked patterns but cannot prove that budgets or cohesion caused the outcomes.

Assessment of milking hygiene practices and raw goat milk quality: A case study of a dairy goat farm in Narathiwat Province, Thailand

Twenty-four raw-milk samples collected over three visits to one Narathiwat goat farm had generally acceptable physical and chemical composition and no detected Salmonella. However, presumptive Staphylococcus aureus, high somatic-cell counts and antibiotic-residue screens positive in 54.17% of samples signal a need for stronger udder-health and medicine-use controls.

The Impact of Land Use Change on the Ecosystem Service Value of Wetlands: A Thematic Review

A thematic review selected 52 studies published from 2015–2024 from Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar and a source described as ATLAS. It synthesised land-use change, service components, valuation methods, urbanisation and management themes. The literature generally reports losses in biodiversity, climate regulation and ecological function, but this is not a meta-analysis with a pooled effect size.

A mechanism-based toolkit for branch governance in community pharmacy chains: Profit bridge decomposition and portfolio dependency risk

Annual summaries from five Thai community-pharmacy branches in 2024-2025 showed network sales down 3.9% while the gross-profit proxy fell only 1.0% after a 1.47-point margin increase. Eighty percent of positive-SKU profit came from 17.5-23.2% of SKUs. The toolkit informs portfolio management but excludes labour, rent, service quality and the clinical necessity of low-margin medicines.

Semi-connected structure and asymmetric gene flow of Nypa fruticans Wurmb. across the Philippine archipelago

Genetic analysis of 118 Nypa fruticans individuals from seven coastal regions across Mindanao, Bohol, Luzon and Palawan found moderate expected diversity (He=.584–.719) but lower observed heterozygosity (mean Ho=.376 vs He=.666; F=.431). Two broadly admixed clusters and asymmetric inferred flow identified Palawan as a recipient and western Luzon as a network node.

Reconceptualizing Critical Thinking in Academic Writing: A Rasch Model Investigation of Cognitive, Linguistic, and Cultural Dimensions in Higher Education

A 36-item instrument tested with 257 Indonesian undergraduates used three experts, pilot testing and Rasch analysis. Empirical reliability was moderate despite stronger model-based estimates; some items misfit and residual PCA suggested secondary dimensions. Critical thinking in academic writing may combine cognitive, linguistic and cultural components rather than forming a strictly single score.
