Development and psychometric validation of a teacher feedback literacy test for student teachers

Researchers developed a 20-item situational multiple-choice test of teacher feedback literacy and administered it to 552 Thai student teachers. The design, relational and pragmatic domains showed reported item, construct and internal-consistency evidence, but test performance is not equivalent to giving and using feedback in practice.

Engineered Yolk–Shell Nanocarriers for Biphasic Release and Efficient Codelivery of Chemotherapy Drugs in Lung Cancer Cells

A yolk-shell nanocarrier was engineered to co-deliver doxorubicin and paclitaxel from separate compartments for rapid and sustained release. In A549 cells, comparable or greater cytotoxicity was reported at substantially lower loaded drug amounts. Evidence remains in vitro, without animal or human safety, distribution or efficacy data.

Potent Anti-adipogenic Activity of Cyclopeptide Mallotumide A on Murine 3T3-L1 Adipocytes

At 1 nM, the cyclopeptide Mallotumide A reduced lipid accumulation and adipogenic-regulator expression in murine 3T3-L1 cells, without major apoptosis or mitochondrial impairment in mature adipocytes. Because this concentration is near the precursor-cell IC50, differentiation inhibition must be distinguished from cytostatic effects.

Accessible remote sensing of bridge movement monitoring with UAV-based SfM photogrammetry and unsupervised machine learning

A remote bridge-assessment framework combines UAV imagery, Structure from Motion point clouds and RANSAC-based region extraction, comparing M3C2, C2C and C2M for translation, rotation and settlement. Experiments report high accuracy and efficiency, but the abstract provides no error values or real post-disaster deployment evidence.

Ageism Toward Older Adults Among Thai High School Students: A Cross-Sectional Study

Among 301 high-school students in Wang Thong district, the Fraboni Scale classified 86.7% at moderate and 3.0% at high ageism. Several items reflected stereotypes about social life, rights and creativity, while measured personal and family factors showed no association. The findings support intergenerational education, not labelling individual students.

Engagement audit partner–CFO joint tenure and audit fees: evidence from Thailand

Across 262 Thai-listed nonfinancial firms and 1,492 firm-years from 2016-2021, longer joint tenure between the engagement audit partner and CFO was positively associated with audit fees, including within-firm changes. The pattern may reflect client-specific knowledge, complexity or bargaining, but does not establish improved audit quality.

Doing Great by Doing Good: The Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Knowledge Acquisition Through Foreign Subsidiaries

An empirical analysis of 135 US pharmaceutical firms and 3,393 subsidiaries from 2013-2020 supported the view that CSR builds legitimacy and local embeddedness associated with foreign knowledge acquisition. CSR also weakened the negative relationship between financial/operational efficiency and knowledge activity. These are US-firm data, not Thai corporate outcomes.

Distinct genomic landscape of colorectal signet ring cell carcinoma reveals frequent KMT2 family alterations and SMAD4 inactivation

Targeted profiling of 517 cancer genes in 39 colorectal signet-ring cell carcinomas found KMT2C and SMAD4 alterations in 49% each, while canonical drivers such as APC and KRAS appeared less often than typically reported in conventional adenocarcinoma. This points to epigenetic and TGF-β hypotheses but does not yet guide treatment.

Leakage-Aware Transfer Learning with Explainable AI and CPU-Efficient Deployment for Mango Leaf Disease Classification on the MangoLeafBD Benchmark

After detecting duplicate and near-duplicate MangoLeafBD images before group-aware splitting, EfficientNetB0 achieved 99.50% accuracy and weighted F1 on a 599-image test set, with grouped cross-validation averaging 99.63%. CPU latency averaged 25.3 ms per image. Performance is strong on the benchmark but unproven in real orchards and new regions.

Feature extraction from real-world polysomnography reports of obstructive sleep apnea cohort using large language model

DBNet/EasyOCR converted image-based Thai hospital polysomnography reports to text, followed by task-specific ChatGPT-3.5 extraction. Prompt refinement reduced errors and showed potential for real-world evidence workflows, but numerical, symbol and encoding errors remained common and clinically consequential. The abstract gives no sample size or accuracy estimates.

Choosing the Platinum Partner in Advanced Biliary Tract Cancer: A Propensity Score–Matched Real-World Comparison of Gemcitabine Plus Carboplatin Versus Gemcitabine Plus Cisplatin

A real-world review of 154 advanced biliary-tract cancer patients compared GemCarbo (59) with GemCis (95). After propensity matching, median survival was 8.44 versus 11.63 months, HR 1.26 (95% CI 0.84-1.90), without statistical significance. The wide interval supports consideration when cisplatin is unsuitable, not equivalence.

Global Fixed-Time Synchronization of Fractional-Order Dual-Split-Quaternion Valued Memristive Neural Networks: Full Proofs and 6D Relativistic Image Encryption

A Maejo University mathematics study introduces dual-split-quaternion algebra for fractional-order memristive neural networks, proves synchronization within an initial-condition-independent fixed upper time, and uses hyperchaotic states in a 6D colour-image encryption construction. Its main contribution is theoretical; it does not certify production-grade cryptographic security.
