Exhibiting failure toward building a growth mindset: a qualitative study of psychiatric trainees’ experiences of a monthly reflective session

A monthly Exhibition of Failure gave psychiatry residents a structured space to discuss setbacks. Two focus-group cycles identified safety, support, self-acceptance and preparation for future failure, but these are perceived experiences rather than measured mental-health or competency outcomes.

Beyond mental health awareness: Evaluating a blended mental health literacy program to improve adolescents’ coping with school bullying

A 10-week quasi-experimental study assigned 40 Bangkok secondary students to blended mental-health-literacy learning (n=20) or regular instruction (n=20). Coping scores were higher in the intervention group with moderate normalized gains across dimensions, but the small questionnaire-based study did not establish reduced bullying events or mental-health harm.

Appraising fire safety management in facilities of Nigerian public higher education institutions: Operators’ perspectives on readiness and emergency response

Interviews with 48 stakeholders in Nigerian public higher-education facilities identified fire-readiness barriers involving policymakers and design-approval agencies, contractors and consultants, fire operators, institutional management and students. The authors propose using Nigeria's 2025 Insurance Industry Reform Act as leverage, but the study did not inspect buildings or test whether any measure reduces incidents or losses.
