Comparison of three fixation methods for posterolateral fragments in tibial plateau fractures: a biomechanical study

Fifteen synthetic tibiae compared three plates for posterolateral fragments. A 2.7-mm distal-radius T-oblique LCP showed less displacement at 500–1,000 N in secondary analyses, while the primary implant-group effect was marginal and load-to-failure did not differ.

A Study of Superstitious Rituals as Predictors of Competitive State Anxiety Among Male and Female Collegiate Athletes

Among 138 collegiate athletes surveyed about an hour before competition, selected clothing, prayer, team and coach rituals correlated with somatic anxiety, cognitive anxiety and confidence, but predictive models explained only 3–9%.

A Refined 2D Lagrangian-Based Model for Joint Torque Estimation in Lower-Limb Exoskeleton Applications

Chulalongkorn University researchers developed a Lagrangian inverse-dynamics model integrating thigh, shank and foot. Against OpenSim 4.0, walking estimates showed about 10% normalised RMSE across major joints, while squatting retained a notable magnitude offset.

Accuracy and Reliability of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Measurement of Medial Femoral Condyle for Femoral Component Sizing in Oxford Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty

In 54 Oxford unicompartmental knee arthroplasties, a new MRI medial-femoral-condyle measurement correctly sized 50 cases (92.6%), outperforming intraoperative spoon sizing at 70.4% and other methods at 46.3-59.3%.

Factors Associated with Students’ Outcome Expectations Toward Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET): A Social Cognitive Career Theory Study in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

A survey of 616 public-TVET bachelor's students in Phnom Penh found that self-efficacy, social support and perceived government/institutional support predicted outcome expectations. The model explained 64.9% of variance, with government/institutional support strongest.

A Pilot Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Parallel Group Trial Evaluating the Effect of 8 Week-Consumption of Guava Jelly Drink in Improving Cognition and Mental Well-Being in Working-Age Adults

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled pilot trial among healthy adults aged 20-40, consuming 86 g/day of a guava jelly drink for eight weeks produced signals in selected electrophysiological, working-memory and mental-well-being outcomes. With only 25 participants per arm and numerous endpoints, the findings are exploratory and do not establish a therapeutic benefit.

Ecological ambiguity and environmental visuality: a theoretical framework for atmospheric perception in contemporary ecological art

Silpakorn University researchers propose ecological ambiguity as a framework for understanding how contemporary art can make environmental relations perceptible without direct ecological messaging. The framework distinguishes opacity, fragmentation, atmospheric mediation and relational uncertainty.

Cannabis knowledge and health literacy among Thai vocational students: a cross-sectional study following policy liberalization

Among 555 vocational students at one northeastern Thai institution, 55.0% had low cannabis knowledge and 48.8% had low cannabis health literacy. Knowledge level was not significantly associated with health-literacy level, suggesting that factual education alone may be insufficient.
