Comparison of three fixation methods for posterolateral fragments in tibial plateau fractures: a biomechanical study

Fifteen synthetic tibiae compared three plates for posterolateral fragments. A 2.7-mm distal-radius T-oblique LCP showed less displacement at 500–1,000 N in secondary analyses, while the primary implant-group effect was marginal and load-to-failure did not differ.

A Pilot Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Parallel Group Trial Evaluating the Effect of 8 Week-Consumption of Guava Jelly Drink in Improving Cognition and Mental Well-Being in Working-Age Adults

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled pilot trial among healthy adults aged 20-40, consuming 86 g/day of a guava jelly drink for eight weeks produced signals in selected electrophysiological, working-memory and mental-well-being outcomes. With only 25 participants per arm and numerous endpoints, the findings are exploratory and do not establish a therapeutic benefit.

Ecological ambiguity and environmental visuality: a theoretical framework for atmospheric perception in contemporary ecological art

Silpakorn University researchers propose ecological ambiguity as a framework for understanding how contemporary art can make environmental relations perceptible without direct ecological messaging. The framework distinguishes opacity, fragmentation, atmospheric mediation and relational uncertainty.
