“Temporarily Forgetting Stress”: Exploring the Multimodal Features and Audience Experience of AI-Generated Psychological Healing Videos

Content analysis of 354 AI-generated 'psychological healing' videos on Douyin and interviews with 30 viewers found hand-drawn imagery, warm colours, fantasy transformations and formulaic patterns. Simpler atmosphere-first videos drew more interaction, and some users watched during anxiety or insomnia for brief relief. This describes Chinese media experience; it does not measure symptoms or establish mental-health treatment.

Genome-guided characterization of Weissella species highlights strain-specific functional traits relevant to food fermentation and probiotics

Comparative analysis of 347 high-quality Weissella genomes across 16 species found an open pan-genome and extensive accessory diversity. EPS loci had six architectures, and stress, vitamin and GIT-tolerance markers were unevenly distributed. Most genomes lacked detectable AMR or virulence genes under applied criteria. The findings support genome-guided strain prioritisation, not in-silico certification of safety or probiotic function.

Differentiation potential of human amniotic fluid derived-mesenchymal stem cells into dopaminergic neurons

Chiang Mai University researchers induced human amniotic-fluid mesenchymal stem cells to adopt neuron-like morphology and upregulate nestin, β-III-tubulin and tyrosine hydroxylase, with corresponding immunofluorescent proteins. This shows in-vitro differentiation potential, not functional dopaminergic neurons, safety or Parkinson's disease therapy.

Synergistic Combination of Triazole and BDC-MOF with TM-LDH in a One Pot for Improved Electrocatalytic Urea Oxidation

One-pot synthesis of MgZnFe-LDH with BDC-MOF or 1,2,4-triazole showed that the LDH/triazole composite formed a porous network, reduced sheet restacking and delivered up to 202 mA/cm² for urea oxidation at 1.0 M urea, with 0.41 V onset and 94% retention after 100 cycles. These are electrode tests in alkaline electrolyte, not a complete urea fuel cell.

Fluorescent Carbon Dots from Cassava Peel Biomass for Enhanced Latent Fingerprint Visualization

Thai researchers converted cassava peel into fluorescent carbon dots by 360 W microwave pyrolysis for nine minutes. The dots emitted blue light at 470 nm under 365 nm excitation with 31% quantum yield. Incorporated into small-particle reagent, they visualised latent-fingerprint ridges and minutiae on glass under UV. This is a limited-surface proof of concept, not a blind forensic validation.

Reassessment of eddy viscosity turbulence models as alternatives to Reynolds stress models for gas cyclone separator CFD simulations

This CFD study compared multiple turbulence models against experimental data for a 0.29 m Stairmand cyclone. Appropriate discretisation improved some EVMs, and realizable k-epsilon with curvature correction matched linear/quadratic pressure-strain RSM mean-flow accuracy under the studied conditions with less computation. It challenges routine RSM preference but does not cover every cyclone or particle regime.

Condition-Dependent Aqueous Recovery of Crude Phycoerythrin and Antioxidant-Associated Co-Extractives from Sun-Dried Halymenia Biomass

Aqueous phosphate-buffer extraction of sun-dried Halymenia durvillei found that 1:25 at 35°C for 48 hours in the first cycle best favoured phycoerythrin concentration, yield, purity index and soluble protein. Some 1:50 conditions instead favoured phenolic/flavonoid-equivalent and antioxidant responses, showing that all product targets cannot be co-optimised.

Predictors of in-hospital mortality in high Killip class acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction after reperfusion

A retrospective cohort of 234 high-Killip-class STEMI patients receiving PCI at Surat Thani Hospital had 18.8% in-hospital mortality. Anaemia, low mean arterial pressure, more than two vasopressors and multivessel PCI were associated with death. Pre-reperfusion intubation was associated with lower risk, but retrospective data cannot establish a protective effect.

Synergistic effects of Leucaena leucocephala–ginger phytogenic pellet on rumen fermentation, microbial protein synthesis, and enteric methane mitigation in Thai native beef cattle

A 4×4 Latin-square trial in four female Thai native cattle tested 0-150 g/day Leucaena-ginger pellets. At 150 g/day, dry-matter and fibre digestibility, propionate and microbial protein increased, protozoa declined and estimated methane fell to 23.7 mM/L, without observed mimosine toxicity. Methane was not directly measured and the sample was very small.

A paper-based fluorometric sensor using L-Cys-CdTe quantum dots coupled with smartphone readout for automated pretreatment and detection of Cu(II)

Thai researchers developed an L-cysteine-CdTe-quantum-dot paper sensor in which Cu(II) quenches fluorescence, integrating filtration, pretreatment and smartphone reading. Ranges were 0.005-7.5 ppm in water and 0.025-7.5 ppm in synthetic urine; smartphone LODs were 0.003 and 0.016 ppm. Environmental-water results agreed with AAS, but real biological matrices and CdTe safety remain to be assessed.

Post-gelation pasteurization and sterilization reshape the structure, volatile profile, and digestibility of microbial transglutaminase-crosslinked threadfin bream surimi seafood

This laboratory study compared post-gelation pasteurisation at 80°C with sterilisation at 121°C in microbial-transglutaminase-crosslinked threadfin-bream surimi. MTG initially strengthened gels, but sterilisation disrupted the network, increased oxidation/Maillard volatiles and reduced in-vitro digestibility, offsetting much of the crosslinking benefit more than pasteurisation.

Tracing Electroadhesion from Classical Electrostatics to Smart Adhesives and Robo Grippers: Building the Bridges With ChatGPT

Walailak University authors trace electroadhesion from rubbed amber to switchable adhesives, wall-climbing robots and grippers, using Socratic dialogue with ChatGPT to surface cross-disciplinary links. It is a narrative synthesis and case study of LLM-assisted scientific historiography, not an electroadhesive performance experiment or systematic AI-accuracy evaluation.
